The National Housing Development Corporation, Ministry of Works & Human Settlement invites sealed quotation from the interested Bhutanese National Class `C’ Contractors having valid trade license and registered with CDB for the following work:

Name of Work : Road related works at Changjiji Housing Complex.
Duration of Contract : 3 Months
Sale of Bids : 15/01/2010 to 16/02/2010
Submission/Opening of Bids : 17/02/2010
Cost of Document : 500/-

The tender documents containing detailed terms and conditions can be purchased from the office of the General Manager, Design & Planning Division, NHDC on cash payment (Non-refundable) as mentioned above to the NHDC Accounts Section located in the main building of MoWHS during office hours. The interested bidders should submit a written application to the above office for purchasing the documents.

All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of Nu. 78,000.00 in the form of Demand Draft/Cash Warrant/Bank Guarantee in favor of Chief Accounts Officer, MoWHS. The bids must be submitted to the office of the General Manager, Design & Planning Division, NHDC on or before 14:00 Hours on February 17, 2010. Bids shall be opened on the same day at 14:30 Hours in the Conference Hall of the NHDC in presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend.

All the bidders are advised to read the bidding documents carefully to fulfill the bid requirements before submitting this bid. Tender not accompanied by earnest money or otherwise not confirming to the terms and conditions shall be liable for rejection without explanation.
