NIT for Supply and Fixing of Traditional Elements

The National Housing Development Corporation, Ministry of Works & Human Settlement invites sealed item rates from interested Bhutanese Suppliers, Dealers & Manufactures having valid trade license or registered in conformity with the provisions of the laws of the country for the work “Supply and Fixing of Traditional Elements for the Main Doors in the Official Residences of the Ministers and Prime Minister at the Ministers’ Enclave Project”
The tender documents containing detailed terms and conditions can be purchased from the office of the Head, Contract Administration Unit, NHDC on cash payment (Non-refundable) of Nu. 300/- to the NHDC Accounts Section located in the main building of MoWHS during office hours from 17th November to 16th December 2009. The interested bidders should submit a written application to the above office prior to the purchasing of the documents
All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of not less than Nu. 4,800/- in the form of Demand Draft/Cash Warrant/Bank Guarantee from any reputed financial institutions in Bhutan in favor of Chief Accounts Officer, MoWHS. The bids must be submitted to the office of the Head, Contract Administration Unit, NHDC on or before 12:00 PM on 18th December 2009.
Bids shall be opened on the same day at 3:00 PM in the Conference Hall of the NHDC in presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend. For further details please contact the Head, Contract Administration Unit, NHDC during office hours.
